Triple Bay Masterplan
HKS / PIF AMAALA
Plan A Consultants established and implemented design procedures and protocols specifically tailored for the AMAALA Project Master Plan.
We worked on the project from concept through to the end of the detailed masterplan.
This included preparing a Design Management and delivery strategy, plus making sure that the factors for project success were identified early, properly communicated with all participants in the Project Team, and monitored throughout the process.
We established and embedded proven protocols, working with the Design Architect to establish a realistic schedule of responsibilities and objectives, including supporting activities and deliverables. After agreeing a realistic time schedule, we prepared the Stage Plans of Work. These Plans of Work identify the Workstage objectives, the overall Workstage milestones, and interim milestones, with associated deliverables of all design consultants.
We constantly monitored progress against the milestones to ensure the agreed objectives were met.

The Triple Bay Masterplan consists of three coastal bays along the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia which are to home a new concept in luxury tourism focused on wellness in all its forms, respecting the natural geology of the landscape. Individual hotels and wellness retreats are spaced within the landscape to reinforce the sense of seclusion, exclusivity, and luxury of the resort. At the heart of the resort lies the Wellness Core, a zone entirely focused on wellness hospitality and offering a range of luxury facilities including medical retreats.
